Yes. If you engage us for the next stage within 14 days, the $250 is credited in full.
Does the APEX fee include the deposit?
No. The $5,000 per-party APEX deposit is paid to the program and is returned to the prevailing party. Our fee is separate.
Do you charge hourly?
Not for the services in this schedule. Contested court work is quoted by stage in writing before it begins.
Can fees change?
The fee in your written quote controls for that engagement. This schedule may be updated for new matters.
