ZYL Law Firm protects e-commerce brands on Amazon, Walmart, Temu, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify. We build the record first — U.S. trademark filings for Brand Registry, copyright in product photos, packaging, and A+ content, and design patents for key products — then file infringement reports against copycat listings for $300 per platform per batch (up to 10 listings). A brand asset copyright check is $200; registration $250, and monthly brand protection counsel is available: Starter $400/month (3 hours); Growth $900/month (8 hours + quarterly sweep). Each report is reviewed before filing, because a knowingly false IP complaint carries its own risk. Platform action is not guaranteed.

Report carefully
- Match the right to the listing.A trademark report against a seller of genuine goods, or a copyright report against an image the other seller actually took, can be rejected and may expose you to a claim.
- Knowingly false copyright notices create liability.17 U.S.C. § 512(f) applies to knowingly false takedown notices as well as false counter-notices.
- Expect counter-notices.A seller who files a DMCA counter-notice gets restored in 10–14 business days unless you file suit. Decide in advance whether you would.
- Escalate deliberately.Repeat infringers may justify a demand letter or litigation; that is a separate decision and quoted separately.
Monthly brand protection counsel

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a registered trademark for Amazon Brand Registry?
Amazon Brand Registry accepts registered trademarks and, in many marketplaces including the U.S., pending applications that meet its requirements. Check Amazon's current eligibility rules before applying.
Another seller copied my product photos. What can I do?
If you own the copyright, you can file a copyright report with the marketplace. Confirm that your photographer assigned the rights to you, and consider registering the images before you need to enforce them in court.
A competitor sells a copy of my product under a different brand. Is a trademark report enough?
Usually not. If the competitor uses its own brand, a trademark report does not fit. A design patent or utility patent is the right that addresses product copies.
What does $300 per platform per batch cover?
Drafting and filing an infringement report covering up to 10 listings on one platform. Demand letters and litigation are quoted separately.
Can you guarantee the platform will remove the listings?
No. Each marketplace decides under its own policies. A well-supported report with registered rights is far more likely to be acted on.
